７月１９日（金）・８月１６日（金）１０：００～１５：００八王子市片倉つどいの森公園で「移動運用」を行います。
８月１０日（土）１３：００～１７：００八王子市台町市民センターで「初心者セミナー」「移動運用」を行います。
コンテスト参加以外は「体験運用」も同時に実施可能です。

Hello everyone. This is LB8EI visiting hachioji for three weeks. My japanese callsign for the duration is JL1AUT.

Sadly my radio was stolen on the Chuo line on my way here. But I just bought a new IC-705 with the insurance money so I will be on air in a couple of days.

Please be on the lookout for a stolen IC-7000 with an LDG AT-7000 tuner attatched and report to the police if you get some information.

Great news. The Ome Police found my radio and equipment and I have them back with me now. Absolute stunning service by the Ome Keisatsu and JR line, and the anonymous helper who found my radio pack where it had been dumped in the woods an returned it to the police. Japan is the best.

at first, I was very sorry to hear about your stolen radio on the Chuo Line. That's a terrible experience to have while visiting Hachioji.

It's great that you were able to get a new IC-705!, and more your former rigs have returned to you. I hope you enjoy your radio activities and stay in Hachioji. We might even be able to connect on the air sometime.

I and our club members are oftenly listining to Hachioji Repeater JP1YDH on 439.66MHz.

Thank you Paul and Nishimura-san. I just talked to Nishimura-san on the Hachiouiji repeater. Really nice to hear from you. My new IC-705 is working perfectly. I also bought an AH-705 and it is a beautiful piece of equipment.

It is wonderful that the weather is so nice lately. When I was here last year it was over 37C the whole time, and I had to stay indoors all the time. But this year is very very nice.

I went to the Daimachi _Shimin center to see if you had any activities posted, but I could find nothing, so I guess you have summer vacation now.

73, and hope to hear you guys on the repeater before I leave back to norway. Do not be afraid if your english is not so good. My japanese is also very very bad, so we will be equal.

Hi Roy, thanks for the contct on th repeater last night. and thanks for your respons on this bolog.

we'll be paticipaiting a domestic contest- the 6m & Down Contest- next sunday, july 7th , from 9:00AM to 4:00PM, at meeting room #3 of the Daimachi shiminn center.
Before the contest, we'll have our reguler monthly meeting and prepar for the contest, in the same room next saturday, at 6:00PM.
